Built in the XIX century in the main square to replace another one previously demolished.

Fontana della Democrazia e dell’Abbondanza

Erected in 1897 on Alfonso Bernandini’s project, for the inauguration of the city’s aqueduct. The fountain has a travertine tank  with the statue of a woman who symbolises Democracy.
